Dreamweaver CS crashes with error code c0000005

After DST (daylight saving time) ended we experienced that most of the PHP pages in our Dreamweaver CS3 projects crashed when they were opened.
A search on Google with the obtained error code revealed that this crash occurs actually in conjunction with the end of DST!
