Our IT and creative experience reaches back to the late 80's. We are specializing
in Website Design and Development - the spectrum ranges from presentation sites
to database-driven and highly dynamic sites.
We have worked for large German and US corporations, IT consulting firms and many
small and medium sized businesses in Germany and the United States.
Therefore we understand complex business processes
and are savvy in performing AS-IS and TO-BE analyses for small and large businesses - the basis for successful projects.
DENALImultimedia℠ evolved from the German web agency UPMEDIA.com.
In 1996, Frank Schrader, a veteran IT consultant, founded that company in Munich, Germany,
together with a friend and professional coming from the creative arena. A few years later Frank moved from Germany to
Florida, United States, but kept involved in the German agency and worked remote for his German clients as well as an Independent Contractor
in the United States.

Depending on the complexity of a project we can extend our team by involving
external subject matter experts, if necessary. Anyhow, our clients will always have
only one contact person in our agency so that communication can be performed efficiently,
easy and comfortable.

Team
Frank - formed this company in 2008 and its predecessor in Munich, Germany, in 1996. He's the creativ-tech mind in the company meaning that Frank feels at home in both disciplines.
He defines his design style as 'less is more', clean-lean, and contemporary. Frank's background and formal education in information architecture and IT / software engineering (way more than 15 years) as well as project management makes him the project planner in the company.
Although Frank loves his job and spends much time evaluating new trends and technologies he also loves outdoor activities like running, hiking, mountain biking as well as enjoying the
products of local micro breweries and comparing them to his native German brews.
Katherine - came aboard as a designer and video editor. She has a ten+ year background in her discipline and contributes her artistic spirit and creative eye. Katherine loves traveling & photography, speaks English, German, Italian, and her Italian temper might also influence some projects in a positive way.
Katherine is the ultimate dog lover and welcomes also every dog in the office.
Pippi - is a web designer and tattoo artist who brings in a more 'edgy' design approach. Don't get us wrong, we don't do tattoos but she is kind of our special force when it comes to design solutions.
Pippi is also a dedicated traveler and environmentalist and we can hardly keep her in an office structure. Her journeys and cultural experiences are her inspriration - that's how she puts it.
'The network' - is the freelance community we have worked with over the years. We have plenty of contacts and there's for every question a subject matter expert we can contract with or get advice if necessary.
Our agency might be small but we are backed by these experts whenever necessary.
