begin of the analysis process. We will compile an 'AS-IS' and 'TO-BE' concept paper,
especially for larger and more complex projects. The result of the consultation
process is that you will be provided with a recommendation report. The work has
not to end here: if requested, we will initiate, plan and lead the project that
follows the recommendation with a hands-on attitude.

Consulting projects can be performed in-house at client's location or remote if the project allows for it.
Pricing of your project
We either provide consultation on demand on an hourly basis, or on base of a fixed-term consulting agreement, or for example offer to handle your
project management either remote or at your location.
